Overview

Day 1 Cusco – Cachora – Capuliyoq – Chikiska  

The pick-up will be around 4.30 am from Cusco, and we will drive for 4 hours to Capuliyoc (2950 m – 9678 ft), where we will enjoy our breakfast and begin a 4-hour hike into the Aprumimac Canyon, which is mainly downhill. Chikiska, at an elevation of 1950 m (6398 ft), is where we set up camp for the night. 

Day 2: Chikiska – La Playa Rosalina – Marampata – Choquequirao Camp  

We will wake up you early in the morning with a steaming cup of coffee or coca tea, and you will begin packing for the day. After breakfast, set off on the 6-hour hike to Marampata camp lunch place (2940 m – 9646 ft). And then 2 hours to Choquequirao Camp  

Day 3: Explore  Choquequirao – Pinchiunuyoc  

We will start the day with a hearty breakfast and hike for 20 minutes to the magnificent Choquequirao, where you will explore some of the most impressive sights and hear fascinating tales about the Incas and then 1 hour up to the Choquequirao pass, then hike down for 3 hours to the 3rd Campsite Pinchiunuyoc  

Day 4: Pinchiunuyoc – Rio Blanco – Maizal  

After breakfast, the most challenging day of the Trek, hike down hill for 2 hours to Rio Blanco and climbing to Maizal (2891m / 9488 ft.) 4 hours until the Campsite  

Day 5 : Maizal – Yanama Pass – Campsite  

After breakfast, we will hike up for 4 hours to San Juan Pass ( 4,130m / 13,549 ft )  Next 2 hours downhill to the village of Yanama, and camping  

Day 6 : Yanama – Totora – Colpapampa 

 After Breakfast We hike up hill 4 hours to Totora Pass ( 4,600 m/ 15,091ft ) and continue the down hill 2 hours Totora lunch place and then 2 more hours to Colpapampa Campsite  

Day 7 : Colpapampa – Playa – Hidroeléctrica – Machu Picchu  

We will start early after Breakfast We continue hike down hill 4 hours until la Playa lunch place and then tourist transport Hidroeléctrica 1 hour and hike to Machupicchu 3 hours  

Day 8 Explore Machu Picchu – Return Cusco  

On the Final Day, take the first bus back up to Machu Picchu and explore the best of Machu Picchu with your tour guide. Later in the afternoon, take the panoramic train Back to Cusco. Drop off at your hotel around 7.30
